Breakages

We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

Children and Beds:Child Policies:

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Guests aged 16 years and above will be considered adults.
• To provide accurate pricing and occupancy details, please specify the number and ages of children in your group during your search.

Cot and Extra Bed Policies:

• Ages 0 to 3 years: Complimentary cot available upon request.
• The number of cots allowed depends on your chosen option; refer to your selected choice for details.
• Sofabeds are provided in each Apartment.  Unfortunately, extra beds are not available at our property.
• All cot requests are subject to availability.

No Age Restriction for Check-In: There is no age requirement for check-in, ensuring a warm welcome for guests of all ages.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted within the premises to maintain a comfortable and healthy environment.

Pets: Regrettably, pets are not allowed on the premises.

Candles

Due to fire regulations, the use of candles or anything else with a naked flame is prohibited. Thanks for your co-operation.
