Using Lonsdale House

Wifi is provided free of charge, there is no code required.  Please use the internet responsibly and ensure that illegal material is not viewed or downloaded using our wi-fi. Should our Wifi not be working, please contact us via email and we will look into it ASAP.

TV.  The TV is a smart TV and you can use it to log into any of your favourite streaming services. But don't forget to log out when you leave.

Washing Machine & Dryer  We have a washing machine located in the utility room in our basement. The instructions are included in a plastic folder located on top of the machine.  Usage is on a first come, first served basis.  Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to your items.

Heating & Hot Water  Both heating and hot water for the entire property are provided by a gas-fired boiler located in the utility room.  The schedule is set so that the heating comes on and heats the entire property to a comfortable temperature.  You can increase the heat in your apartment by adjusting any of the radiators.  Hot water is available 24/7 and supplied on demand. Please email us if you have any problems.   

Our Secret Garden is one of Lonsdale House's most special areas.  Featuring a castle folly wall which (we think) dates back to the 1700's, and some beautiful plants and shrubs, it is a perfect place to unwind and relax.  Access is via the rear door.  Please make sure that you lock the door when you return into the main property.
