Looking for a garden view on the edge of the Lake District? Grasmere is a double apartment in the centre of Ulverston, in our Grade II listed Georgian townhouse. It has a double bed and a sofa bed, so it suits a couple or a small family, and it looks out over our walled garden.
Grasmere is set over two floors, starting from the ground floor, so it feels a bit like a little house of your own. You'll have a full kitchen to cook in, a walk-in shower, high-speed Wi-Fi and a clear table space to work at if you need one. We've fitted new mattresses throughout, and there is tea and coffee from Farrer's of Kendal waiting for you.
Our private walled "Secret Garden" is a lovely quiet spot for a coffee, and self check-in is from 3pm, so you can arrive when it suits you. Pay and display parking is available very close by.
Ulverston's cafes, pubs and independent shops are a short walk away, and Lake Windermere is about 20 minutes by car, so it is a lovely base for a long weekend or a quiet work trip.
