Lonsdale House - Hawkshead

“Hawkshead” is our Deluxe Double Apartment, offering an ideal living space, complete with premium amenities such as a Smart TV, kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, and a generously sized walk-in shower. Bed linen and towels are included. This apartment is configured as 1x Double Bed. A sofa bed is also available in the lounge area.

Please note: This apartment is not pet-friendly. Pets are not permitted in this apartment. If you wish to bring a dog, please book one of our designated pet-friendly apartments (Coniston, Ambleside, Ullswater, or Derwent). A charge of £10 per dog per night applies in pet-friendly apartments.

Family-Friendly Apartments

Travelling with family or friends? At Lonsdale House, several of our apartments feature private inter-connecting rooms, allowing two apartments to link together. This gives you the space and flexibility of separate bedrooms and living areas, while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of being together under one roof. Perfect for family breaks, group getaways, or special occasions. The Hawkshead apartment is interlinked with the Thirlmere apartment, making them ideal for larger groups.

Parking: There is no on-site parking at Lonsdale House. The nearest car parks are Daltongate Car Park (directly opposite, under £8 per 24 hours, with disabled bays and EV charging) and Stockbridge Lane Car Park (2–3 minute walk, approximately £1.40 per 24 hours).
