Looking for a twin apartment for friends or colleagues? Langdale is a comfortable twin apartment in the centre of Ulverston, on the edge of the Lake District, in our Grade II listed Georgian townhouse. It has twin beds plus a sofa bed, so it works well for friends on a walking weekend or colleagues sharing a work trip.

Langdale is reached by our period staircase, and the open-plan kitchen and dining nook by the arched window is a nice place to start the day. You'll have a full kitchen to cook in, a walk-in shower, high-speed Wi-Fi and a clear table space to work at if you need one. We've fitted new mattresses throughout, and there is tea and coffee from Farrer's of Kendal waiting for you.

Guests are welcome to sit out in the private walled "Secret Garden", a peaceful place with a book, and self check-in opens at 3pm. Pay and display parking is available very close by.

You can walk into Ulverston's cafes, pubs and shops in a couple of minutes, and Lake Windermere is about 20 minutes by car.
